"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

MY STACHE / TAWS Be Inspired #23...

Good Morning!!! How did it get to be March 1st?!?  We are having a fun blog hop today with both The Alley Way Stamps and 3 Girl JAM! They sell these bags, flair and wrinkle ribbon - super fun!

Seeing the inspiration photo made me want to stamp one of the bags. I replaced the bag's tie with wrinkle ribbon by un-tying the ends of the string and tying it to the wrinkle ribbon, and carefully pulling it through. Then I stamped onto the bag with regular ink. This little bag will be living in my drawer, hiding my spending money - my 'stache! I need to get more of these!!!

I used the sets Mustache Mania, Cover Ups, and Words to Live By from The Alley Way Stamps.

So with hops usually come prizes - so be sure to check it out!!!Here's the whole line up:

Have fun hopping!

How clever is this project! What a great interpretation of the photo! I'm all thumbs when it comes to ribbon (guaranteed to make ME unravel...), so your way of using it is something I could do (maybe...). Thank you for sharing and inspiring! Off to give those bags a close-up exploration on 3GJ's site. Have a wonderful weekend; hope your 'stache' bag fills up quickly!
