"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

PICS of the KIDDOS...

I'll be stamping in a bit, but I'd mentioned posting some snow pics, so I included those as well as some of Maisie's first bath...

Maisie Grace's finally lost her little belly button stump (what else do you call that thing that you're waiting for to fall off?!?) so we were able to give her her first tub bath... we made it a family affair. I asked my & Jeff's moms to do the honors. You can see Jeff and Alex overseeing the washing of the hair (which was done over the sink). Maisie loved her first bath, unlike Alex who howled like a banshee!

Here's my mom and Maisie after her bath. Mom lives about 10 minutes away, so we see her most everyday. I'm so blessed to have all my family close by!

Here's Alex in the snow last Friday...

he thought it was great for about 15 minutes, until he got it on his hands... I never knew snow could make a little boy cry! He usually wants to stay outside all day, but he walked to the door after this...

Thanks for indulging me!

Your children are adorable! Love the pics of the first bath. My MIL is the first bather of all the babies in her family (grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc.), so I can relate to this! TFS!
