SPRING VACATION / DRutter & Simple Scrapper...

Last month we took the kids to Ft. Walton, it wasn't technically 'spring break' but it was a spring vacation! As usual, the weather was unpredictable and not only were the nights chilly, but there was lots of rain! It did clear up enough for us to take the kids to the pool, the ocean was too cold. Alex and Maisie love the water, and had a lot of fun! I used Deena Rutter's Pura Vida Full Kit and A Kind Word- #summer hashtag brushes.

The template I used is from Simple Scrapper. I am guest designing with them this month, and not only do they offer wonderful templates to members, but TONS of other story prompts and resources for memory keeping each month. (And a large archive of previous months!) This template is from October 2011, and I turned it on it's side. In the last few days I have made 2 great layouts with their templates - so exciting! I can't wait to use some of the monthly prompts!
