Good morning! I played along with a couple of monthly challenges over at Design House Digital, Blueprint and Journaling. Gennifer Bursett was kind enought to post a free template of Blueprint #9, which makes things easier! I also used her kit, Favorite Things. I bought it when it came out, and was waiting for just the right layout! With all the gorgeous papers, I knew this was the one!
The pics are all from July. It was a really busy month!
Here are a few of the details close up...
The lettering of the title was word art from the kit. I changed it to all white, and then used a funky brush to erase little bits to try to make it look stamped.
The ribbon and bow were 2 parts. After I resized them and placed the bow where I wanted, I erased the ribbon where it showed above and below to bow's knot, so that it would look tied.
I added white stitching to the edge of the kraft paper.
