"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

SWING / DHD Inspiration Challenge...

My mom and dad have a swing  at their house, hanging from a tree in their yard. On Easter Sunday we went over after church and the kids couldn't wait to get out of the car and play! Alex was so sweet and wanted to push Maisie in the swing, of course he needed some supervision, he tends to get too rough! They had such a blast taking turns swinging and pushing each other!

This layout is for this month's Design House Digital Inspiration Challenge to use quilting as inspiration. I used some new papers by Robyn Meierotto, Quilting Bee. I love the fun colors! The template for the hexagons is by Audrey Neal, Quilted Templates. I also used this alpha and these frames.

Thanks for stopping by,

This is very inspiring Arielle. I love the way you fitted the journalling into the space made by the title and the hexagons. The swing looks as if it's a big hit!
