"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

SWEET SAILBOAT / SSSC #168 & TAWS Sneak Peek Day 3...

Hello! It's day 3 of The Alley Way Stamps October Release Sneak Peeks! This new set is called Kid n'Caboodle! It is so full of fun images for all kinds of kiddie cards! And big kiddie cards, too, I suppose! I dug out (literally) my little box of washi tapes, found 3 that I liked and they inspired the color scheme.  I "washi-pieced" the little boat. Since washi isn't totally sticky, I laid a piece over the stamped image and carefully trimmed around the area with an exacto knife. Then I just peeled off the excess. Very easy!

Be sure to go over to the TAWS blog to find out how you could win a free October Release set!

I am also giving away a free set. After the hop on Thursday, I will draw a name from everyone who left a comment  on any of my 3 sneak peek posts and blog hop post, so be sure to come back each day!

I used the sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. It seems like it's been forever since I played along with one of Karen's awesome sketches!

Bye for now...

LOVE this Arielle! The Washi tape and that sweet little sailboat look so cute together!

Just curious about the size of your card. Most of your designs seem to be square. Are the 4" x 4"?
