Well, unlike this cutie, I have NO NEED to water anything... we just had not only a downpour, but tornado warnings & apparently one did touch down.... I can tell you, even 3 years after the tornado that ripped though our little town of Enterprise, EVERYONE gets uneasy when those alarms go off...
So I combined Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch with Stampin' Royalty's color challenge this week. I try really hard to do all my favorite challenges each week, but I often don't make it! The image is from the Pure Innocence line by Heather Ellis... she has digis at Etsy & her personal blog, but this is an actual stamp from My Favorite Things. The ones produced at MFT are different than her digis... so I 'have' to collect both.... just awful, right? LOL!
I got a little crazy with the bling on this one... but I have been neglecting my rhinestones a bit since the holidays, so I more than made up for it here. Of course after I added them to the bottom of her paper-pieced dress they looked kinda silly, so I took a marker and added some "scallop" trim to the rest of the dress. The only other thing of note is that I brushed the paisley embossing folder with the So Saffron ink before I embossed the white panel. I love doing that!
Bye for now, thanks for popping by!

Okay this card has to be the cutest thing ever! You really worked your magic and made those colours look so amazing together. :-) Oh and if you ask me those rhinestones really finish off the card.
Thanks so much for playing with us this week at Stampin' Royalty.

Your colouring is divine! Also the bling on her dress is too cute. I love also how you have her flower in a separate little circle, FABULOUS!
