Happy Friday! I have a card today, despite the fact that I have two very grouchy, whiny sick children at home! Actually they woke up better today, no less grouchy, but at least the fevers are gone - YAY!

Hidy ho, everybody! I am still sick, with a bad, bad head-cold. I swear I've had a headache since Wednesday! But I have a CCD class full of adorable 5 & 6 year olds to teach tomorrow, so I have to be better by then! 

We have a great sketch for you over at RetroSketches today - so check it out! I used the set Bountinful Blessings by Mama Elephant, to make a sweet little Valentine!

Happy Thursday to you! We have a fun new sketch up over at the Deconstructed Sketch - love it! I watercolored the bottom half of the little doily in a minty green - and also painted the bottom half of the word "love" from Basic Grey's Veneer Words.

Hello! Happy weekend to you! We have a really fabulous new sketch for you today over at RetroSketches - and we would love for you to play along with us! I used a cute set from Studio Calico called Balloon - and their stamps sell out fairly quick, so I was lucky to get it! I wish you could see the spot embossing, it really adds a pop!

HELLO / ADFD January Club Kit & Challenge...

Good morning! We're showing off the ADFD January Club kit again this week on the ADFD blog, and also are starting our new challenge - use ombre! I started this card by printing out the image onto an ombre background and then went back in with a little color and stickles. This is part of the doily I used yesterday,, too - LOL! The image is called Fairy Hope.

Hello! How are ya? I have a card for this week's colourQ, using this interesting and beautiful palette. I just decided to get all sloppy with it - and who knows why I even threw a doily on it... Maybe because it was scrap I spied sticking out of a pile of snippets - LOL!

Hidy ho, and happy Sunday! Finally getting around to posting my card for this week's RetroSketch! Do you ever have one of those weekends where you have so many great plans and then it just peters out? We did have a great morning at church, though, and there's always next weekend! I used some scraps - I needed to, I have way too many scraps! And I cannot seem to get rid of any, unless they are too small to add glue to - LOL! The felt flowers were cut with some cute Papertrey Ink button dies.
