RIVER / DB - "Jewels"...

Hello! I'm sitting down for the evening, watching Haven on SyFy (LOVE it!) and posting a few things. We started a new challenge today over at the Dilly Beans Challenge blog... add jewels/glitter. I used this sweet image, River Framed. I love her sweet expression. I used rhinestones for my jewels in the centers of the flowers. For added interest, I used a black pen to add a line to the inside of the patterned paper flag and scallop.
