I used The Alley Way Stamps set, Get Moovin - this cow cracks me up!
Here's a little tutorial / pictorial showing how I made the little Oval Punch Topped tag...
#1 - Slide the top of your tag (I start with one longer than I will need) into the top of the punch and line it up - I do this by making sure there is the same amount of space on each side..
#2 - Punch it!
#3 - Use a border punch to punch the bottom of your tag topper.
#4 - Slip the border punched paper a little under halfway into the same oval punch and punch it out.
#5 - Adhere it to the top of your tag.
#6 - Embellish ~ I added an eyelet to this one and a piece of ribbon!
You can use most any shape for the topper, too - a circle, oval, even a fancy label punch!
