"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

TEA FOR 2 + ADDITIONS / CTD #101 & FTL #98...

Today is a great day! Probably because I got a little extra sleep last night - instead of stamping, I fell asleep on the couch! It took Jeff a looooong time to wake me up when he got home from work!

The colors this week at the Color Throwdown are just brilliant!!! I really loved this retired Stampin' Up! paper when it came out - I wish I had about 5 more packs of it! As always, the Fall-to Layout is awesome... so simple and clean & elegant every single week. Duh, THATs why it's Clean & Simple!

So I used retired SU! paper from about 4 different packs for this card. The teacups are cut from a Papertrey Ink die as well as the Baja scallop border, the textured squares use SU!'s new EF - Square Lattice (LOVE IT) & the ribbon is retired SU!, Kraft satin. I'd take another 5 rolls of that, too! We need that back in the catty, folks! Along with Kiwi Kiss!

Bye for now...

WOW, this is another BEAUTY.

No one has ever told me I resemble Parminder Nagra, this comment really made my day especially since I was having a really bad hair and everything else day, what an ego boost.

Yes, I like that color challenge too, and you have done a nice job with it! I agree that SU needs a kraft ribbon. I didn't check to see if they have one in 'Crumb Cake', which is really kraft with a new new name. :)
