I was pretty busy last night, as you can see... For the last four years I spent a week each July doing something very dear to my heart~ volunteering at a Royal Family Kids Camp. As you can imagine with 2 babies, I wasn't able to this year - but I did make the birthday cards for the 36 campers that are attending camp this week!
I made a 'digi' with the RFKC Bible verse this week for their cards & thought I'd share it with you. RFKC is for children that have not only been abused, but typically are also in the foster care system. The week is ALL about showing them God's love and making them feel like the MOST SPECIAL people on the planet. Tonight they're having a birthday party, complete with presents, for all the campers. You wouldn't believe that some of these children have NEVER HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY!
The crown stamp is from Lizzie Anne Designs April Kit. I added stickles to each crown. The papers are from Cosmo Cricket. These cards are simple & small so that they will fit in a photo album that each camper gets before they go home.
So if you like this digi, please feel free to use it, and if you blog your project, please link back to this post! Also, I'd love to see your creation, so there's a linky at the bottom of this post for you to share it with me...

I think it is wonderful!
Great cards.
I'm so late, but I wanted to tell that I think these cards are awesome! I love that you're busy making these kids feel some of that special-ness they may be missing...
