HAPPY B'DAY CUPPY / TECC #53 & KWDCI #40...

Okay, is it me, or would it be cannibalism for a cupcake to eat cake?
The colors for KWerner's Color Inspiration were terrific this week, as was Taylor's Cupcake Challenge sketch!
I thought I had finished this card (below) but I wasn't happy with it so I added a few things, the "faux" faux stitching and the white dots...
