Alex Turns "3"...

SO HARD to believe!

Here's a few pics from my baby boy's 3rd birthday party!!! Although it's today, we celebrated yesterday! He had so much fun! It was well worth the many hours Jeff and I spent preparing! I was feeling really guilty about not making his cake, I was running out of time! I ended up getting an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen, and I decorated it with little Toy Story figurines! Playing with those kept him occupied while everyone finished their cake until he opened his presents!

This morning when he woke up, I sang Happy Birthday to him again, and he said "Thank you Momma".

Since his birthday is really today, we saved a present for him to open this morning, and we're going to take him out to eat tonight!

I went really C & S with mine. Her bouquet is all glittery, and then I just used my Copics to shade around the image.

FAIRY GODMOTHER BLOSSOM / ADFD New Release...

This week at A Day For Daisies, Tammy has a gorgeous (and huge!) release! Both Bear Babies & Plump Fairies AND Rupunzel! They are both really exceptional! I used Plump Fairy Godmother Blossom for this card. She has glittery wings and I colored her with Copics. The ribbon was hand dyed by sherryann, one of my ADFD teammates, isn't it gorgeous? She has great prices, too!

DRESSY EBONY / DS #4...

The sketch #4 is up over at the Deconstructed Sketch! Our sponsor this week is the Greeting Farm, and I chose Dressy Ebony to play with. I paper pieced her little dress with some retired paper from SU!, and added a little bling to boot!
