Good morning! Only one week left to make Halloween cards - eeeek! The kiddies are all excited about Halloween - Alex is going as Iron Man and Maisie chose a pink Bat Girl costume! Have you seen all the controversy over pink super hero costumes for girls and how wrong it is... well Maisie had a choice, and she wanted the pink tutu'd Bat Girl~ sorry politically correct people... my 3 1/2 year old thinks it's perfectly fine to want to look like a princess/super hero!
Today's card is for the new Deconstructed Sketch - I was a little scared of it - not sure why... maybe the proportions of the layers? Anyway, I used the cute little candy corn from Ghoul-Friend by The Alley Way Stamps!
Big hugs!

This is the dangest CUTEST little candy corn card! I love it! I hadn't heard about the controversy, but political correctness reminds me of control freaks! Who needs it? Pink IS for girls!!!
I always get a big smile when I see your take on the weekly sketches. I love how you take the sketch and put it in this tiny scaled little package. SO CUTE. Great paper piecing idea too. And now I want some candy corn. Seriously.
Have a great weekend, Sweetie! Miss ya!
Super cute, Arielle! Love the sweet paper pieced candy corn and your fabulous take on the sketch!
