HELLO / CQC #173 & RS #47...

Good morning! This week has been a bit frustrated by computer problems... but I think they are fixed now - fingers crossed! This card is for this week's colourQ Challenge, also using this week's RetroSketch! Just a fun, fast C&S card! I did add some stickles to the centers of the flowers!
