Every month I have a scrap night online over at Design House Digital. On the second Saturday, Katherine hosts a speed scrap & I look forward to it all month long! She starts you out with a "shopping list" of the items you'll need to complete the page, and then every 10 minutes or so she'll post a step for you to follow - just words - no pics.
When I reduce the file size of these layout (which sometimes exceed 300MB) they can get a little blurry, sorry about that! Here's the pic from the layout, one without some of the funky photo filters and the one I used in the layout, which I processed through Picnik.com.
This month I used Karen Funk's Giggles and Grins elements and paper from Sara Schmutz's Recollect collection to document a family pic of us.
