Just a quick one for today... I've been super busy this past week on a special project for a special friend... and I guess in a way this card is for her...
I just had to use these funky colors from The Play Date Cafe this morning AS SOON as I saw them!!! I used Peach Parfait, Rich Razzleberry & Crumb Cake. The Peach Parfait actually matches more IRL than it does in my pic.... oh well... I paired them with the Fall-to-Layout. I am always so amazed at how simple and elegant their sketches are!
As you know I recently was asked By Lori Boyd to join the Pink Elephant DT, and to say we hit is off is sorta an understatement! Anyway, after I joined she mentioned some changes she wanted to make to the TPE blog, and being the nerdy html coding type that I am I made the changes for her... long story short, this past week we designed a new digi shop for her! You should check it out! Lori has really simple tastes, so she had to reign me in a little - lol - but I think it turned out super cute! In the process, she has also started to nudge me in various directions (that remain to be seen) toward setting some goals for myself... we'll just leave it at that for now. So, thank YOU Lori!
