"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

BILLA BILLA / USSIS #59 & PDCC #33...

Happy Saturday! A new sketch is up at Unscripted, I hope you get a chance to play along! Here's a silly picture for today's project...

I used the colors from the Play Date Cafe - love me some kraft! I thought these colors would be perfect for a layout of Maisie & Alex - raspberry and aqua!

After Maisie was born Alex started using a pacifier more than he ever had before & he calls is his "billa" or "billa billa". He won't take it out of his mouth for anything, except eating. My mom cannot stand it! She tries to take it away, but pretty soon Alex starts calling for it... "billa billa".

When this pic was taken he had just found one, but spit it out immediately. And started calling for us to find another. I told mom there must be a hole in the orange one, but she couldn't find it. After washing it off she popped it in her mouth to check it & I snapped the picture! Sorry mom - this was too cute not to share - LOL!

This layout uses several kits, but mostly Krafty Girl by Christine Smith... I LOVE IT!

Happy Saturday!

I love the colors and the story that goes with the page. Those are the stories that make a family.
I have to remember this color combo I really like it. I love the page too. I wish I could spend a week with you learning all about blogs, scrapbooking and card making.
I used your colors from colourQ for card today.
