"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

MODERN SEASON OF JOY / DCBD #155...

Wow ~ I've managed to make 3 cards today... crazy, I know...

I've been thinking about the Diva Coffee Break Sketch for the last 2 days, trying to formulate a plan. It's such a great sketch, I really wanted to do it justice!

The dsp is called Thoroughly Modern, and the stamp set is Season of Joy. I used another stamp from this set on a card a few days ago. I've been getting a lot of use from the In-Color markers lately, too... I'm so glad they started making them! I couldn't have done the sentiment without them! Well.... I guess I could have, it just would have been hard!

Thanks for stopping by!

Just gorgeous!! I love your attention to detail. Like the tiny bling at the top of the tree. Fabulous!! Great job with the sketch challenge.

Wowza, Arielle......EVERY single one of the cards I've perused on your blog is just fantastic! You have such great details and you really pay attention to the little things that make a card extra-special! I must study your "style" more often!!! Love the JUGS one, the DIVA one, ALL of them!! Thanks for playing with the Divas, too!

This is just wonderful! I'm glad you played along with the Divas on this sketch- your card showcases those patterns in the papers so beautifully without being overstated! Love it! Congrats on being our Featured Artist last week as well!!
