"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ~ Isaiah 55: 8-11

THANKFUL / ST 11.18.10...

Ahhhh, here's one more I missed the deadline on... actually 2 deadline, but who's counting?!?

After working on this digital LO for almost 2 weeks, I finished it today. Every time I thought I was finished, there just seemed to be something 'off' about it. It's what I'm most thankful for - my family. There's Jeff & the kiddies, my mom & dad dancing, my grandparent's, and my brother Aaron and his wife (of a few weeks!) Tenille. I am so lucky and blessed to live in the same town I grew up in, with my WHOLE family. We share so many wonderful memories on an ongoing basis.... who could want anything more than that?

The majority of this LO was done with the digital kit, Give Thanks by Sara Schmutz over at Design House Digital. Their current sale ends tonight, so you shoudl at LEAST pop over & take a peek if you're into digi scrapping!

Bye for now...

Whatever was "off" about this for 2 weeks, it is perfectly perfect now! I'm always in awe of your digi layouts as I've never tried to do it myself. Do you use Photoshop? I'll just have to file this away to CASE when I get motivated to scrap again!
