KIND & WONDERFUL FRIEND / USSIS #55 & CQC #32...

Good morning!!! I just LOVE this week's sketch over at Unscripted Sketches - this card only took about 20 minutes to make - how cool is that?!?

I decided to pair it with this week's colourQ challenge, which BTW, there's still time to enter [hint, hint!]... if you haven't already!

This is a quick post this morning, we're going out shopping today, which means we have to drive a few towns over - lol! So I gotta get ready to go! This card uses a stamp I have NEVER inked up, from Stampin' Up!'s set, All Holidays, which I've inked here with markers. I've seen so many gorgeous cards with this stamp, I don't know WHY I've never used it! [Samantha is doing something cool, she decided she's use every iamge in a stamp set this month - here's one of her posts about it.] The punch is also SU! - Scallop Trim. It retired, but I'm thinking it will be coming back in the new catty - does anyone know for sure? The b&w paper is from Papertrey Ink. The black velvet ribbon is from my stash, as are the black rhinestones.
