Back with another! We started a new sketch challenge on Saturday over at RetroSketches! This is one of Erin's, I just love it!!! I used Deena Rutter's Spooks digital kit. What a gorgeous Halloween kit! All of the elements on the card are form the kit, save the twine, buttons & epoxy dots - LOL! obviously THOSE aren't digital printouts!

Eek - I can't believe it took me this long to post this card from A Day For Daisies new release of Pretty Black Cats! We had a busy weekend... just not enough hours in the day! I used Deena Rutter's Every Little Bit: May Papers (digital) to "paper-piece" this adorable cat! I found the quote online and set it up.

Good morning... still sick around here, but I did manage to make a card for this week's new Deconstructed Sketch. I used Papertrey Ink's Tiny Treats: Halloween. This set is so perfect for little tags!

TEA FOR TWO / RS #133...

Hello! I have a card for this week's new RetroSketch! I love tea! I absolutely l-o-v-e hot tea, my FAVES are Darjeeling and Earl Grey. I love coffee, too - but I only drink 1, sometimes 2 cups in the morning, I end the day with 2 or 3 cups of hot tea! With sugarcubes - I have to have sugarcubes - 3 per cup.  Mmmmmm!

I used Papertrey Ink's Tea For Two and Tea For Two Additions. And you know I love "bright" colors and paper piecing!

Hello!!! It's Thursday - I've survived both kids field trips this week, mowed the back yard (not so fun in 90 degree / extremely humid weather!)... now I just have cleaning, laundry and the front lawn to mow! I can't wait for the weekend!

I BELIEVE IN YOU / ADFD September Club Kit...

Hi there! It's Friday, can I hear a WOOHOOOOOO?!? This has been a long one - so happy to be able to relax the next couple days! Although I do have laundry to wash, banana bread to bake, and probably a half million other things to get sorted... but hey - I won't have to drive the 40 miles round trip taking the kids to and from school! Yay for that!

We are featuring the September Club Kit over at A Day For Daisies, and today I used Flower Maiden 2. What a sweet, gorgeous girl!

Good morning! We have an awesome new sketch this week over at The Deconstructed Sketch - sweet and simple! I found an image from A Day For Daisies that I had printed a while back called Ducks in a Row, and cropped it for my main panel. The background was spot embossed and then I sponged over it a little with ink. My sentiment was handwritten.

PULL UP A CHAIR Hybrid Card / D. Rutter New Release...

Wow, where did the day go? I'm finally getting my card posted for this week's new RetroSketch. I loved Kasia's original card, she stamped a black image onto newsprint, I decided to experiment with  that idea and added a coral digital stamp onto this cute paper. I went back over the image a little bit with Copics to add a touch of shading. I used Deena Rutter's Every Little Bit : Dwell Collections.
