Jeff and I went to one of my favorite places on Monday, Flip Burger Boutique. Richard Blais, a finalist on Top Chef opened it in Birmingham, AL. Luckily that's where Jeff reports to the VA Hospital a few times a year, so we usually try to go when we're up there.
I had a Key Lime Pie shake, a tuna tartare burger and we shared hand cut fries with smoked mayo, and a chilled Thai green bean salad! YUMMMM!
