MEET MAISIE GRACE!

Here she is... Maisie Grace! She was born at 9:08 am on January 14th, 2010, weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces, and was 19 inches long. She started crying as soon as she was born, and I remember hearing Jeff say "Look at that head of hair!" I couldn't believe it, no babies have ever been born in our families that had hair!

They let Jeff take her back to the nursery and clean her off, while I waited to finally get her in my arms!



We were both doing great and were able to leave the hospital on Saturday, we got Maisie dressed up in a cute little dress, just a bit big on her (ALL her clothes are big on her - lol!) and here we are, right before we left.



I look a little tired, don't I? Well, we 'started' getting discharged at 10 am, and finally finished up the process at 2:30... I was WAY overdue for a nap by then!
So we've been relaxing today... Mom & Dad took Alex to Sunday school. When Jeff finished getting Alex ready to go, he came into the living room & looked around, saying "baby?, baby?" The he walked over to me and said "where baby?" I told him she was in her bed & he walked off to go find her! What a sweetie!

Thanks so much for all the prayers and well wishes, we really do apprecite them!
